It puts you in touch with a caring Intouch operator who talks to you to find out what kind of help you need. He or she will call one of your friends, neighbors or relatives – responders who will come to your home to check on you. If you need more professional help, your Intouch operator will call immediately. Should you press your button and be unable to speak, your Intouch operator knows exactly what to do. This service is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
